Divertible Horizontal Drilling method. which involves products of latest technology such as drilling, bentonite, reverse scanning, provides the best results in drilling. With this method, guiding milling is obtained from underground with the condition of prior determination and thus none of the structures above ground get harmed after the process. Transactions undertaken through Divertible Horizontal Drilling, are composed of three parts as opening of guiding hole, extension and piping.

Opening of Guiding Hole
The main line and direction of the road between determined points is milled with guide milling. Divertible guiding head, electronical devices along with slope-depth measurement makes 3 dimensional scanning and start to open hole and as it reaches to point B which has been determined and thus the process is considered completed.

Extension;
It is the process of extending guiding hole to an appropriate diameter for pipe line. Different sizes of reamers are tied to the mill that reaches to point B and extension process has been given start. Resistance of friction has been minimized thanks to floating slippery material that is regulated with hydraulic pump pressure. For hole not to collapse and evacuation of drilling sludge, in some cases pump or scoop may be used.

Piping;
The product, which will be piped is connected to the extending head and YYS machine is prepared to make reverse operation. In other words, in YYS method the pipes are not pushed but pulled instead. But special equipment has to be put on in order to hinder turning of pipe along with
the extending head. After piping transactions have been completed, due to filling of sludge between outer site of the pipe and inner site of the opened tunnel, no effects will be observed in vertical or horizontal loads.

Advantages of Horizontal Directional Drilling

The biggest advantage of this technique is that it is primarily reliable and economical. This system, which provides maximum work with minimum placement especially at points where there is heavy traffic and life, requires low repair and correction. Minimum environmental damage and noise pollution are provided. Since it provides very few connection requirements, it can be reached up to ten meters by entering from a single point. This feature, coupled with the flexible sealed pipe connection, ensures minimal water leakage. Thanks to its transmitter, scanner and steerable advanced technology systems, previous infrastructure, cable lines, water and sewage systems are not damaged.

Polyethylene Pipe Features

Korige Pipe Features

  • It shows high resistance both to abrasion and to chemicals against both inside and outside. It is preferred especially in sewerage and wastewater systems because it has a smooth internal structure and prevents adhesion.
  • Because they are lightweight, they are puncture resistant and because of their telescopic construction they are highly suitable for stacking, stocking and transporting.

Steel Pipe Properties

The Importance of Drilling Mud
