Our video for rehabilitation on pressure lines

Basic Solution for REHABILITATION of Pressure Lines.   The method is used for pipe REHABILITATION around the world with a flexible regeneration system. The system is a flexible coating (creating a new pipe) solution for the intact REHABILITATION of pressurized pipelines. The system consists of a flexible coating fabric reinforced with Kevlar® and has specially developed fittings. This method is not connected to the main pipe; it is a separate pipe. It is located in the inner periphery of the main pipe. Developed by experienced engineers, the system is suitable for a variety of APPLICATION needs as well as different environments, and proved itself in many projects. Water is the foundation of life, and sustainable use and protection of water is a valuable resource. This method ensures safe transport of drinking water, sewage or contaminated liquids even in the most sensitive environments. At the same time, the composite pipe protects the old pipe from the inside against corrosive particles and corrosion in the water. The method is suitable for transport of the following fluids:

  • Drinking water
  • Waste water
  • Industrial water
  • Fire-fighting water
  • Service water
  • Hot water
  • Sea water

The method and superior liner meet the most demanding requirements for hygiene as a particularly safe system and are therefore suitable for renewing drinking water pipeLINES with high requirements. The method and superior liners used already have relevant certificates in the following countries:

  • USA
  • Germany
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ukraine
  • Lithuanian
  • Poland
  • Austria
  • Norway
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Israel

Fixed capacities are a decisive factor for long-term high levels of performance.

High performance pipes and optimum flow characteristics are decisive factors for the efficiency of grid LINES and fast and safe transport of different environments. Many REHABILITATION procedures reduce the pipe cross section so much that the hydraulic capacity is seriously reduced. The capacity remains approximately constant, although the slip loss is minimal due to the composite pipe forming a small wall thickness of 6.0 or 8.0 mm. In addition, the use of suitable materials ensures that improved flow characteristics are maintained throughout the line. Unlike technologies with significant performance losses, this system increases the value of the pipes. It provides a long service life and in addition extends the service life of the pipes by at least 50 years.

Horizontal and vertical pivoting ability up to 45 ° and high performance fasteners.

The method is particularly suited for the REHABILITATION of old pipeLINES with many elbows. The method overcomes the elbows with angles up to 45 ° without any problems, as well as being easily applied to the existing network line. Specially developed fasteners for the system provide fast installation.

Simple solution for inverted siphons and difficult special projects

This method is not only used in the inverted siphon cases, but also in other difficult REHABILITATION problems; It stands out with its positive features such as flexibility, rotation, ease of installation and easy installation, thus offering the most suitable solution for special projects.

  • Inverted siphons/li>
  • Bypasses
  • PipeLINES in airports
  • Chemical plant and refinery pipelines
  • PipeLINES in military bases

In large lengths the APPLICATION reduces installation and transport costs.

  • In addition to the pipe installation situations, the transport of liners has a significant effect on cost effectiveness:
On the one hand, the liner enables unusually large installation lengths of 2500 m, minimizing the need for construction pits and providing the lowest possible negative impact on the environment.
  • On the other hand, one step comes to the fore with the large hose lengths that are available in one piece on a reel. Reel sizes up to 11 m allow carriage of lengths up to 4500 m. Especially with the design of rollers which are suitable for international maritime and air transport, it reduces the logistic costs the least and thus provides a convincing general concept with advanced REHABILITATION technology, easy installation and well-designed logistics.

Special Fittings

The method uses existing infrastructure as it is in other trenchless infrastructure technologies, minimizes intervention to protect nature and environment, and requires only low level machine settlement. Sustainable and ecological thinking is crucial in the development of trenchless REHABILITATION technology and is a feature of day-to-day business principles (It applies the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standard, the DIN EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard, and the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Standard)
